Hello, I'm Brittney! I am the owner of Flex Into Fitness. A small women's only gym located in West Pasco offering small group training. I have been an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer since January 2018. I am MOM to three of the coolest dudes around. Carson is 8 years old, Bryson is 3 1/2 years old and Corbin just turned 1! I started personal training two months after my first son was born. I soon realized that I wanted to help more women at a time and so that's when I made the switch to small group training. These ladies have helped me stay accountable during two of my pregnancies and three of my postpartums.
At Flex Into Fitness, I believe training isn't just about looking good in a bikini, but feeling strong from the inside out. Strength training is a powerful tool for women, not only for shaping and toning the body but also for long term health and confidence. It supports bone health, which is especially important in preventing osteoporosis, increases metabolism for better weight management, and improves posture and everyday movement. More than that, lifting weights teaches women that strength isn't just physical, it builds mental resilience, self-belief and the confidence to show up stronger in every aspect of life.
I am committed to being a gym for every woman no matter the circumstance.
And my #1 goal is to help women achieve their personal bests and feel comfortable in their own skin!

BE A BADASS WITH A GOODASS!
Small group training is a fun and effective way to work out with a handful of ladies while still getting personalized coaching. Sessions often focus on strength training, helping women build muscle, improve endurance and learn proper technique with weights and bodyweight exercises. The small group setting fosters accountability and motivation, while still giving everyone enough attention to progress safely and effectively.
These workouts are designed to be adaptable so that each person can train at their own skill and fitness level.

A women's only gym creates more than just a workout space. It builds a sisterhood. Training alongside other women fosters a sense of connection, encouragement and belonging that goes beyond fitness. The shared experiences, accountability and support help members feel stronger not only physically but also mentally, creating a community where women lift each other up both in and out of the gym.
Welcome to the sisterhood!
